Valentines Day 2010
Happy Valentines Day Lovers! What are your plans for this lovely day?
Last year, Valentines day fell on Bacchus Sunday. I remember it vividly. It was one of the most spontaneously romantic evenings we’ve had. After a whirl-wind of a day (MNIJM OffBeat photoshoot, gift-giving and a nap) John Michael and I found ourselves stuck within a one block radius - parades, marching bands, plastic beads embracing and binding us all at once to our Julia Street compound. We popped into Tommy’s wine bar, bellied up to the bar, ate oysters and drank champagne. My borrowed red beret was the perfect accessory second only to the love of my life who sat to my left.
xoxo lovers and friends!
p.s. What do you think of my Val-day gift to myself?!

welcome all to the start of a new venture for me. this is the blog i’ve wanted to start for a while.
a brilliant composition of life, love, style, music and dancing through it all.
hope you enjoy!
*this was a day that i particularly enjoyed: jm and i in l.a. for the labor day holiday brunching at my favorite spot in silver lake cafe figaro.

i’m sure he was talking about something super serious like his favorite drummer, but all i could do was giggle.

love.
